Lipoma

Section in a mass showed:

- capsulated & lubulated lesion

- composed of groups of fat cells ( large, polyhedral cells wih vacuolated cytoplasm & eccentric flat nuclei ' signet ring"

- few blood vessels through fibrous trabeculae
