Section in lung showed:
- Infarcted area with thin, atrophic alveolar walls ( lost cellula details & preserved framework )
- alveolar space filled with RBCs
- Inflammatory cells seen at the margin of infarcted area
- rest of lung showed CVC (describe) ( HF)
