Section in liver showed :
-portal tracts:
1- B.ova with B. reaction ( describe)
2- angiomatoids 9 dilated, irregular veses)
3- dense fibrosis
-liver architeccture is preserved with brown pigmentation
- kupfer cell hyperplasia
